Describe the problem carefully providing details even photographs. i.e. "there is graffiti vandalism on the walk trail info shelter on the Railway Heritage Trail, Miller Street, Bellevue near the Bellevue RSL Club." This will save staff calling back instead of dealing with the problem. With the City of Swan you can expect an acknowledgment email with a job number. Record the number for future correspondence. |
