Describe the problem carefully providing details even photographs. i.e. "There are dangerous cracks in Farrall Road industrial area pavements near number 402 placing pedestrians at risk." This will save staff calling back instead of dealing with the problem. With the Shire of Mundaring you do not get an acknowledgment email or a job number. We suggest you select options on your email and tick the boxes for a read receipt and received receipt. this will let you know when someone at Mundaring Shire has read your email. It will not give you a reference number. |
